Pakuan Sehati terbentuk atas prakarsa beberapa orang teman yang aktif di Abiasa Bogor. Kelompok kerja ini bergerak dalam bidang pemberdayaan komunitas dan terbentuk berdasarkan adanya kebutuhan yang sama pada komunitas sehati. Pokja ini menjadi wadah menampung aspirasi, pengadaan saran dan media akses layanan kesehatan, pemberdayaan, penyaluran kreatifitas dan lain-lain.
Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kualitas komunitas sehati khususnya di Bogor, dengan menggali potensi sehingga menjadikan komunitas lebih berdaya, sehat, aktif dan kreatif.
Terbentuknya pokja ini berawal sebagai wadah teman-teman Bogor untuk mendapatkan akses layanan kesehatan yang lebih lengkap atas prakarsa Abiasa- Bogor. Selain itu juga Pokja ini juga bergerak dalam kegiatan sebagai Event Organiser untuk berbagai macam acara dan Agen seni, Pelatihan Kerja, serta Olahraga.
Pakuan Sehati dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya bekerjasama dengan beberapa organisasai dan instansi terkait di Wilayah Bogor. Diantaranya KPA Kota / Kabupaten Bogor, Dinas Kesehatan, Layanan Kesehatan dan tentunya Himpunan Abiasa. Ketuanya sekarang adalah Budi Cinta dibantu 6 orang pengurus lainnya.
